Spiritual Energy vs. Physical Energy
How do we define the difference?
Spiritual Energy (especially love energy) can be sent to another or recalled to oneself. But the receiver and/or the self must be open to receive it — which requires being at a higher vibrational level.
Physical Energy requires building energy with chemicals, mechanical, or human willpower, into a force, to move or change something physically.
I have studied spirituality since the 1980s, after my awakening in 1975. My fashion design and pattern engineering field led me into innovating technologies and winning engineering design grants from the National Science Foundation, in the late 1980s and early 1990s. So, a research of both the spiritual and the physical.
After writing and publishing my 3rd book in 2018, and enjoying writing, I joined Medium.com in April 2019. I wrote on many topics, but spirituality, as a topic, became more often as my spirituality deepened. Today, looking back at some stories, I found it delightful to learn about my increasing spirituality. There were also connections to this story today.

I still have a way to go in understanding my two minds and their interactions. But it is a wonderful life.

A spiritual awakening requires both opening the tap and unblocking the pipe.

Some people don’t have the “filters” in their brains preventing them from communicating with spirits. Our spiritual guides communicate with us all of the time. We aren’t aware of it most of the time.
